Application: commercial refrigeration systems for industrial, basic and circulating water, Heat exchanger in heat pumps, Heat recovery systems, Cascade heat exchangers in multi-stage refrigeration systems, water heating systems, optional in sea water version

Cooling components production

Application: Pipes and pipe connections, preferably d 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 mm in material SF-Cu-F22R 2.0090.10 with bending radius R 15 at d 6 and R 20 at d 8, other dimensions and bending radii are available on request DIN EN12735-1 (Copper refrigeration tubes in refrigerator quality)

Execution: according to sample resp. drawing specification, single piece up to serial production in 500er lot size

Cable packaging

Specification:  automatic cutting to length of wire and sheathed cable 0,75-2,0 mm², automatic stripping of wire 0,75-2,0 mm², semi-automatic striking of cable connection material

Execution: according to sample resp. drawing specification, series production

 

Plastic parts

Specification: Processing of plastic PS, ABS, PVC, Small parts L x B up to 500 x 500 with a maximum forming depth of 300

Execution: according to sample resp. drawing specification, single piece up to serial production in 100er lot size

Sheet metal parts/-casing

Specification: small-format thin sheet metal constructions 0,7 up to 2,5 mm sheet thickness, Material: St, CNS, Al, AlMg

Execution: according to sample resp. drawing specification, Single piece to serial production

Hose assembly

Cutting and crimping of connections to hydraulic and/or refrigerant hoses from Ø6 to Ø25 mm according to customer specifications.
